  与传统数控系统相比,“华中10型智能系统”优势明显。在控制方式上,传统数控系统采用预设程序刚性控制,而“华中10型”采用AI动态优化控制;加工精度方面,传统系统依赖人工调试,“华中10型”能智能补偿至0.001mm;响应速度上,传统系统是毫秒级指令处理,“华中10型”可实现微秒级实时决策;适用场景中,传统系统适用于标准化批量生产,“华中10型”则更适合复杂曲面精密加工。此外,该系统支持DeepSeek等大语言模型部署,可通过自然语言交互完成工艺编程,大幅降低操作门槛。    

  这一突破对产业影响深远,标志着我国数控系统从“跟跑”迈向“领跑”,打破了国外对五轴联动、微米级精度技术的出口限制。据行业数据,2024年国内中高端数控机床需求同比激增66.5%,“华中10型”的量产将推动航空发动机叶片、航天器结构件等“卡脖子”领域的自主可控。    


The   world's first AI large model numerical control system has been born. Can it   lead the transformation of the numerical control industry?    


  Huazhong   CNC and Huazhong University of Science and Technology jointly released the   "Huazhong 10 New Generation Intelligent CNC System", which is the   world's first CNC system embedded with an AI large model. Its accuracy has   been improved by 30%, and it will assist in aerospace processing, attracting   widespread attention from the industry.    

  The   core breakthrough of this system lies in the world's first deep integration   of AI chips and large models, building an architecture of "intelligent   base + two digital main lines". Through the closed loop of autonomous   perception - learning - decision-making - control, the processing accuracy   has been increased by 30% and the equipment failure rate has been reduced by   25%. At present, this system has cooperated with 18 enterprises including   Wuhan Heavy Machine Tool and Qinchuan Group to complete the mass production   of the first batch of 20 intelligent CNC machine tools.    

  Compared   with traditional numerical control systems, the "Huazhong 10 Intelligent   System" has obvious advantages. In terms of control methods, traditional   numerical control systems use preset program rigid control, while the   "Huazhong 10" adopts AI dynamic optimization control. In terms of   processing accuracy, traditional systems rely on manual debugging, while the   "Huazhong 10" can intelligently compensate to 0.001mm. In terms of   response speed, traditional systems process instructions at the millisecond   level, while the "Huazhong 10" can achieve real-time   decision-making at the microsecond level. In the applicable scenarios, the   traditional system is suitable for standardized batch production, while the "Huazhong   10" is more suitable for precise processing of complex curved surfaces.   In addition, this system supports the deployment of large language models   such as DeepSeek and can complete process programming through natural   language interaction, significantly lowering the operational threshold.    

  This   breakthrough has a profound impact on the industry, marking that China's   numerical control systems have moved from "following" to   "taking the lead", and breaking the export restrictions imposed by   foreign countries on five-axis linkage and micron-level precision technology.   According to industry data, the domestic demand for medium and high-end CNC   machine tools is expected to surge by 66.5% year-on-year in 2024. The mass   production of the "Huazhong 10" will promote the independent   control of "bottleneck" areas such as aero engine blades and   spacecraft structural components.
