在行业峰会现场,科德数控、华中数控、国盛智科等国产数控企业联合体推出了“智能加工生态计划”,旨在整合五轴加工技术、AI工艺优化与机器人场景需求,加速机器人核心部件国产化。
此次计划取得了关键成果,发布了GNC62-Pro智能数控系统,其加工精度提升至0.003mm,适配人形机器人关节件量产。该系统融合了科德数控GNC62的纳米级控制技术与华中数控AI工艺模型,通过实时误差补偿算法,将复杂曲面加工良率从82%提升至95%。
从背景来看,需求驱动是此次计划推出的重要因素。2024年国内金属加工机床生产额达2050亿元,人形机器人、新能源汽车等产业带动中高端数控机床需求激增,关节部件、精密轴承等核心零件加工精度要求突破传统设备极限。
在生态合作方面,联合体联合云深处科技、宇树科技等机器人企业共建“工艺验证中心”,已完成肘部支架、轴承座等12类机器人部件的加工标准制定。
该计划预计推动机器人核心部件国产化率提升15%,2026年相关市场规模或突破300亿元。科德数控董秘朱莉华表示,生态合作将加速“机床-机器人-AI”技术闭环,助力中国智能制造从“设备输出”向“标准输出”转型。

At the industry summit, a consortium of domestic CNC enterprises such as Kede CNC, Huazhong CNC, and Guosheng Zhike launched the "Intelligent Processing Ecosystem Plan", aiming to integrate five-axis processing technology, AI process optimization, and the demands of robot scenarios, and accelerate the localization of core robot components.
This plan has achieved key results. The GNC62-Pro intelligent numerical control system was released, with its processing accuracy improved to 0.003mm, making it suitable for mass production of humanoid robot joint parts. This system integrates the nanoscale control technology of Kede CNC GNC62 with the AI process model of Huazhong CNC. Through real-time error compensation algorithms, the processing yield of complex curved surfaces has been increased from 82% to 95%.
From the background perspective, demand-driven is an important factor for the launch of this plan. In 2024, the domestic production value of metalworking machine tools will reach 205 billion yuan. Industries such as humanoid robots and new energy vehicles have driven a sharp increase in the demand for medium and high-end CNC machine tools. The processing accuracy requirements for core parts such as joint components and precision bearings have exceeded the limits of traditional equipment.
In terms of ecological cooperation, the consortium has jointly established a "Process Verification Center" with robot enterprises such as Yunshendu Technology and Yushu Technology, and has completed the formulation of processing standards for 12 types of robot components including elbow brackets and bearing seats.
This plan is expected to increase the domestic production rate of core components for robots by 15%, and the related market size may exceed 30 billion yuan by 2026. Zhu Lihua, the secretary of the board of directors of Kede CNC, said that ecological cooperation will accelerate the technological closed loop of "machine tools - robots - AI", and help China's intelligent manufacturing transform from "equipment output" to "standard output".
