数控车削加工多使用机夹可转位刀具,刀具的选择主要是刀片的选择,即刀片材料的选择,刀片尺寸的选择,刀片形状的选择,刀片刀尖半径的选择。

1)刀片材料主要依据被加工工件的材料、工件表面的精度要求、切削载荷的大小及切削加工过程中有无冲击和振动等条件决定。

2)刀片尺寸主要是指有效切削刃的长度,根据背吃刀量ap和主偏角_kr确定,使用时可查阅相关手册。

3)刀片形状根据被加工工件表面形状、切削方法、刀具寿命和刀片的可转位次数等因素来选择。

4)刀尖圆弧半径的大小直接影响刀尖的强度和被加工零件的表面粗糙度。通常在背吃刀量较小的精加工、细长轴加工或机床刚度较差的情况下,选取较小的刀尖圆弧半径;在需要刀刃强度高、零件直径大的粗加工中,选取较大的刀尖圆弧半径。

 

CNC turning mostly uses indexable tools with machine clamps. The selection of tools mainly involves the choice of inserts, that is, the selection of insert material, insert size, insert shape, and the radius of the insert tip.

 

(1) The material of the blade is mainly determined by the material of the workpiece to be processed, the precision requirements of the workpiece surface, the magnitude of the cutting load, and whether there is any impact or vibration during the cutting process.

 

(2) The blade size mainly refers to the length of the effective cutting edge, which is determined based on the depth of cut ap and the principal deflection Angle _kr. When in use, relevant manuals can be referred to.

 

(3) The shape of the blade is selected based on factors such as the surface shape of the workpiece to be processed, the cutting method, tool life, and the number of rotations the blade can make.

 

(4) The size of the radius of the tool tip arc directly affects the strength of the tool tip and the surface roughness of the machined part. Usually, in cases of finish machining with a small depth of cut, machining of slender shafts, or when the rigidity of the machine tool is poor, a smaller radius of the tool tip arc is selected. In rough machining that requires high edge strength and large part diameters, a larger radius of the tool tip arc should be selected.
