《山东省有色金属行业稳增长工作方案》提出2026年全省规模以上有色金属行业增加值同比增长5%左右，并聚焦铜、铝两大产业，推动高端化、绿色化和国际化发展。    

山东省作为我国重要的有色金属生产大省，正面临产业结构升级与资源保障的双重挑战。为落实国家关于稳增长的部署，结合本省铜、铝产业基础，山东出台专项方案，旨在实现“质的有效提升和量的合理增长”。

The   "Work Plan for Stabilizing the Growth of the Nonferrous Metals Industry   in Shandong Province" proposes that the added value of the nonferrous   metals industry above designated size in the province should increase by   about 5% year-on-year by 2026, and focuses on the copper and aluminum   industries to promote high-end, green and international development.    

Shandong   Province, as a major producer of non-ferrous metals in China, is currently   confronted with the dual challenges of industrial structure upgrading and   resource guarantee. To implement the national deployment on maintaining   stable growth and in light of the province's copper and aluminum industry   foundation, Shandong has introduced a special plan, aiming to achieve   "effective quality improvement and reasonable growth in quantity".

This   plan not only sets clear economic growth targets, but also promotes the   advancement of Shandong's non-ferrous metal industry towards high-end,   intelligent and green development through four driving forces: building   characteristic industrial clusters, tackling core technologies, strengthening   the utilization of recycled resources and expanding overseas layout.
