霸刀分享-上半年，我国机床产量同比增长显著
被称为“工业母机”的机床是制造产业链的核心环节，影响着装备制造业的发展，也是拉动工业增长的重要力量。近两年，我国机床的进口额有所下降，国内机床产量持续提升。
据国家统计局数据显示，2025年上半年，全国规上机床制造企业机床产量为47.6万台，同比增长15.53%，其中金属切削机床产量39万台，同比增长18.18%，金属成形机床产量8.6万台，同比增长4.88%。2024年3月，国务院印发了《推动大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新行动方案》（“两新”），机床产量的提升，是装备制造等领域对装备更新需求的映射，也呼应了“两新”政策所带动的新一轮大规模设备更新和消费品以旧换新的市场反馈。下图展示了我国规上机床企业2024年1月到2025年6月各月的机床产量情况。（规模以上工业企业起点标准为年主营业务收入2000万元。）
In the first half of the year, the output of machine tools in China increased significantly year-on-year
Machine tools, known as the "mother machines of industry", are the core links in the manufacturing industrial chain, influencing the development of the equipment manufacturing industry and also an important force driving industrial growth. In the past two years, the import value of machine tools in China has declined, while the domestic output of machine tools has continued to increase.
According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics, in the first half of 2025, the output of machine tools by large-scale machine tool manufacturing enterprises across the country reached 476,000 units, up by 15.53% year-on-year. Among them, the output of metal-cutting machine tools was 390,000 units, up by 18.18% year-on-year, and the output of metal-forming machine tools was 86,000 units, up by 4.88% year-on-year. In March 2024, The State Council issued the "Action Plan for Promoting Large-scale Equipment Renewal and Trade-in of Consumer Goods" (" Two New "). The increase in machine tool production reflects the demand for equipment renewal in the equipment manufacturing and other fields, and also responds to the market feedback of the new round of large-scale equipment renewal and trade-in of consumer goods driven by the "Two New" policy. The following chart shows the monthly machine tool output of China's large-scale machine tool enterprises from January 2024 to June 2025. The starting standard for industrial enterprises above designated size is an annual main business income of 20 million yuan.
