霸刀分享-让普通机床秒变高端 AI技术掀起“效率革命”
近日,在浙江先端数控机床技术创新中心有限公司电动工具端盖加工车间里,20多把刀具数百个加工参数的实时调控,正通过多模态大模型实现动态优化。
据智能制造技术部负责人杨磊介绍,当机床振动传感器检测到切削力波动时,AI会在0.1秒内重新计算进给速度,“这是传统老师傅需要反复试错才能完成的判断”。
浙江先端数控机床技术创新中心有限公司是由温岭市政府、浙江大学联合组建的省级技术创新中心,其自主研发的数控系统已服务全国百余家制造企业。企业从2018年就开始研发AI大数据应用模型,研发费用至今累计超千万元,着重于应用制造领域的定制化AI训练。近日,先端应用多模态大模型技术入选2025年浙江省人工智能赋能制造业典型案例。
“以温岭的刀具企业为例,我们的系统通过电流、振动、温度等十多种实时数据,构建刀具—材料—工艺的关联模型。比如在端盖加工中,AI会自动识别出工序的进给速度存在15%冗余空间,通过动态调速,将单件耗时从30秒压缩至25秒。”杨磊说。目前,该技术已应用于汽车零部件、五金工具等批量生产领域。
“我们的定位不是替代人工,而是让普通机床通过AI达到高端设备的效能。随着大模型训练成本下降,该技术有望在金属加工行业掀起新一轮效率革命。”杨磊表示,温岭机床装备产业起步于上世纪七八十年代,经历了从简易型通用车床向经济型数控车床和高端数控机床的转变,而高端数控机床的进阶需要动态跟踪重点应用领域需求变化,以重点技术突破为基础,以产业化应用验证为实践,不断围绕关键核心技术加大支持力度,促进产品迭代升级和成果转化。
目前,温岭AI智能应用机床与本地优势产业正在联动发展,如泵与电机等产业形成了强大的市场需求支撑,机床产业的发展推动当地相关产业快速发展。同时,台州的汽车及零部件、智能缝制设备、高端模具、泵与电机等产业集群都具有300亿元以上的规模,都是机床装备产业广阔的市场。

Zhejiang Xianduan CNC Machine Tool Technology Innovation Center Co., Ltd. is a provincial-level technology innovation center jointly established by the Wenling Municipal Government and Zhejiang University. Its independently developed CNC systems have served over a hundred manufacturing enterprises across the country. The enterprise has been developing AI big data application models since 2018, with cumulative research and development expenses exceeding 10 million yuan to date, focusing on customized AI training in the application manufacturing field. Recently, the advanced application multimodal large model technology was selected as a typical case of artificial intelligence empowering manufacturing in Zhejiang Province in 2025.
Take the tool enterprises in Wenling as an example. Our system builds a correlation model among tools, materials and processes through more than ten real-time data such as current, vibration and temperature. For instance, in the processing of end covers, AI can automatically identify that there is a 15% redundancy space in the feed rate of the process. Through dynamic speed regulation, the time consumption for a single piece can be compressed from 30 seconds to 25 seconds." Yang Lei said. At present, this technology has been applied in mass production fields such as automotive parts and hardware tools.
Our positioning is not to replace human labor, but to enable ordinary machine tools to achieve the efficiency of high-end equipment through AI. With the decline in the training cost of large models, this technology is expected to trigger a new round of efficiency revolution in the metal processing industry. Yang Lei stated that the machine tool equipment industry in Wenling started in the 1970s and 1980s and has undergone a transformation from simple general-purpose lathes to economical CNC lathes and high-end CNC machine tools. The advancement of high-end CNC machine tools requires dynamic tracking of changes in demand in key application fields, based on breakthroughs in key technologies and practical application verification in industrialization. Continuously increase support around key core technologies to promote product iteration and upgrading as well as the transformation of achievements.
At present, AI intelligent application machine tools in Wenling are developing in tandem with local advantageous industries. For instance, industries such as pumps and motors have formed a strong market demand support. The development of the machine tool industry has driven the rapid growth of related local industries. Meanwhile, Taizhou's industrial clusters such as automobiles and auto parts, intelligent sewing equipment, high-end molds, pumps and motors all have a scale of over 30 billion yuan, and they are all vast markets for the machine tool equipment industry.
